Note: our camps are fun and we intend to laugh and educate you on proper movement patters and help you understand the science of exercise and fat loss, helping you live life without the battles of roller-coaster weight gains and losses, and miserable failing diets. Bring a good spirit and an open mind.
Condition Mission Bootcamps offer 30-minute express workouts for busy professionals that start as early as 6am and as late as 6pm weekdays. We offer a variety of options from 1 day a week, to 4 days a week training programs. Please see current class schedule for training days and times.
Arrival time:
Each bootcamp instructor will arrive on location 15 minutes prior to the official start time of the workout and open the training facility. Campers are expected to use this time to go through their own personal improvement routine. This is also a good time to go over any questions you may have with the trainer.
Our main focus is to keep our campers safe and healthy. Thus, each workout begins with a dynamic warm-up emphasizing muscle activation to best prevent unwanted injury and to allow for a more effective workout. Late arrivals will not be allowed into the class without proper warm-up. Consistent tardiness may result in membership suspension on a case by case basis.
Post- workout:
This time is used to for cool-down from the workout. We focus on flexibility and self massage to aid in recovery and tension release in soft tissues. This is also a good time to ask any questions you might have.
Clothing:
Because we focus on helping our clients achieve better posture and best results from our fitness routine, we suggest that you wear comfortable but slightly conforming clothes. It is difficult to make accurate posture and technique corrections when you are in baggy clothes. Typically our campers are most comfortable in exercise shorts/pants that allow you to move without restriction. A t-shirt or athletic wicking shirt is best to keep you comfortable. If you need help selecting clothes, we can help.
Shoes:
A good pair of shoes for exercise is the best investment you can make. Most if not all forces we generate through exercise originate at the feet, therefore having good sneakers to help absorb the shock while providing excellent traction is strongly suggested. Pick a pair that breathes well and supports your feet for lateral movements (side to side). Winter months-please bring a 2nd pair of shoes.
Grocery Store Field Trips:
One of the best perks of Condition Mission Bootcamps. We schedule a day and time at a local grocery store to help you select foods to prepare to optimize your exercise and/fat-loss experience. Tours are scheduled around our bootcamps and typically include 2 tours per quarter of our bootcamp calendar.
