I have used some of the very same speed-agility progressions and coaching applications with my athletes to help them excel in their sports…

Athletes: Learn easy progressions to movement patterns for sport speed, quickness and power. Many of Lee’s techniques have helped tons of athletes achieve athletic greatness. From stealing bases efficiently every time, increasing vertical jump power for court sports and receiving positions in field sports, winning in the air for the soccer athlete, increasing linear and lateral acceleration, deceleration and jump training to beat your opponent and make the play more consistently.

Coaches: Lee’s method of coaching movement patterns will help you reach new levels with your athletes. Lee breaks it down step by step on how to move through progressions efficiently. One of the best things I did was add Lee’s practical and proven approaches to movement and speed training.
